Police Free Cyber Support

The Cyber Resilience Centre for North East exists to support your organisation and your grassroots groups in defending themselves against cyber attacks, preventing crime, and strengthening the local community.

We offer:

  • Fully funded Security Awareness Training for staff and volunteers
  • A free 30-minute cyber health consultation
  • A monthly newsletter to keep you and your charities informed on the latest cyber threats in your area
  • Regular educational webinars and events to keep you and your network updated

We're holding virtual sessions in April tailored specifically for those in the charity sector, equipping you with the knowledge you need to prepare yourself and your team to stay safe online, identify scams and strengthen digital security. These sessions are police-led, practical, and focused on the real-world risks faced by charitable organisations.

You can register for the Charities Staff Awareness webinar on the 14th of April here, and register for the Charity Leaders webinar on the 21st of April here, with further dates available in June, August and October
